Navy dog harness with lime trim and Mira tag

I lost my navy-blue dog harness yesterday around 3pm behind the Kroger on Secor Road in West Toledo. It’s an adjustable nylon harness, size medium, with lime-green stitching and a tiny paw-print tag. The D-ring is a little scratched, and the name tag reads 'Mira' in cursive. I’ve been stressed since—Mira wore it every day, and it feels like a connection to her. It was a gift from my sister, so it has sentimental value. If anyone found it, I’d really appreciate getting it back so I can keep our daily walks comfortable.
