Calvin Klein black velvet gown with beaded neckline

I lost my Calvin Klein black velvet gown yesterday around 3pm near Promenade Park by the Maumee River in downtown Toledo. It's a size M, floor-length with a beaded neckline and a slim satin belt, and the gown shows a tiny tear at the hem. There's a small hidden pocket inside with a silver monogram 'KP' on the lining—it's the only distinguishing feature aside from the label. This dress has sentimental value—it's a gift from my grandmother—and I really need it back.
