I found a pair of silver hoop earrings this afternoon around 4:15pm in the parking lot behind the Texarkana Plaza on State Line Ave. They're about 1 inch hoops, made of sterling silver with a blue sapphire charm dangling from one hoop. The inner back of the earring has a tiny engraving 'A.B.' and one hoop has a small scratch along the rim. I know how scary it is to misplace something that might be sentimental, so I'd love to help the owner get them back; I'll hold onto them here until we can meet up.
