Gold 14k chain necklace with ruby heart

I lost my gold-tone 14k plated chain necklace yesterday around 3pm near the Texarkana Mall on Mall Street outside the Starbucks. It's about 18 inches long with a tiny ruby heart charm at the end, and there's a little Aura brand tag engraved on the lobster clasp. I must have dropped it while rushing to catch a ride, and the heart charm has a small dent from a fall earlier this week. It was a gift from my sister and holds sentimental value; I’d really appreciate it being found and returned.
