Hi, I'm Jordan Hale. I found a bunch of CDs on the sidewalk near the Texarkana Municipal Building around 4:15 PM today. The case is a black vinyl sleeve with a few handwritten labels and several well-worn discs. I figured they belonged to someone who loves their music, so I held onto them and posted here in case the owner recognizes them.
