Blue Nike running shoes with neon laces

I found a pair of blue Nike running shoes this afternoon around 2:40pm behind the CVS on State Line Ave in Texarkana, TX. They’re men’s size 9, navy with neon lime green laces that pop in daylight. The right toe has a small scuff, and there’s a tiny red heart sticker tucked inside the tongue. I left them on a bench by the bike rack outside the store, hoping the owner would see this and claim them. They look well loved and I imagine someone’s missing them a lot.
