Found black blood pressure monitor with wrist cuff beside a bench in Deming Park.

I found a black blood pressure monitor while walking my dog in Deming Park this morning. It was laying beside a bench. It looks like it's in good condition and has a small wrist cuff with it. I couldn't see anyone around who looked like they might have lost it, so I'm hoping to return it to its owner. Please let me know if you can describe it or provide proof of ownership.
