Found: Passports in Tampa Bay Area

Hi, this is Diego Ramirez. I found a pair of passports on the ground along the Tampa Riverwalk near Curtis Hixon Park last Friday around 6:45 PM. One passport is red and the other blue, both with travel stamps peeking from the sleeves. It looked like someone had been hurrying to collect belongings after a flight delay, and I can imagine the stress of losing official travel documents at a busy time. I kept watch over them and turned them into the downtown lost-and-found, hoping the owner sees this and can reclaim them soon. It felt good to help someone avoid a nightmare moment in the Tampa Bay Area.
