Nintendo Switch console with neon blue Joy-Cons found near Riverwalk

I found a Nintendo Switch console with neon blue Joy-Cons this afternoon around 2:45pm in the parking lot behind the Straz Center near the Tampa Riverwalk, in the downtown Tampa Bay Area. It's in a gray soft-shell carrying case, and there's a small scratch along the bottom edge of the console. The screen looks clean and the grip feels a bit worn from use. A unique identifying feature is a rectangular sticker on the back that reads 'EM' in black marker, plus a blue rubber wrist strap attached to the right Joy-Con.
