Black 25-key MIDI keyboard controller with blue tape
I lost my black 25-key MIDI keyboard controller yesterday around 3pm outside the FSU Bookstore on West Call Street in Tallahassee, near the Student Union gates. It's a compact, lightweight controller with a matte aluminum body and USB-C for power. There's a small dent on the top-right corner and a strip of blue painter's tape along the bottom edge with a tiny sticker underneath that reads 'FSU Music Dept' tucked under the tape. This item means a lot to me because it was a gift from my mentor and I rely on it for teaching and late-night jams. If someone finds it, I’d be grateful to have it back; please drop it at the campus Lost and Found at the Student Union or message me here to coordinate.
Keys on blue silicone cover with charm
Found a set of keys this afternoon around 1:50pm in the parking lot behind the Capitol on Adams Street, Tallahassee. They’re on a sturdy metal ring with a bright blue silicone cover on the main key and a tiny silver dolphin charm dangling from the ring; there are about five keys total plus a car key with a red plastic fob. The keys look a bit worn but functional, and I know losing keys can be stressful--this definitely seems like something someone needs back. If these are yours, send a message in the app and we can set up a safe pickup near downtown Tallahassee.
Missing xylophones near Cascades Park
After a Saturday afternoon rehearsal at the Lincoln Neighborhood Center, I headed to grab my gear and realized my two wooden xylophones were missing from the back room around 4:15 p.m. They’re in a black rolling cart, with bright primary keys and a few nicks on the frames from years of use. They were last seen near the back stairwell by the exit facing Cascades Park. I rely on them for weekly music lessons for kids along the park trails, and I’m anxious they’ll turn up somewhere nearby. If you’ve seen anything around Tallahassee—especially near the Capitol area or along Cascades Park paths—please check and let me know through the site.
