Description
I found a black rolling suitcase in the parking lot near Syracuse train station. It's in fairly good condition except for a broken zipper on one of the compartments. There were no identifying tags, but I could see some personal effects inside that indicate it might belong to a traveler who just got off the train. I would love to get it back to its owner.
