Navy Nike Dri-FIT running jacket (lost)

I lost my navy Nike Dri-FIT running jacket yesterday around 3pm outside the Safeway on Riverside Drive in Susanville. It's a size M, weathered navy shell with an orange zipper pull and a white Nike swoosh on the left chest. The outer fabric has a few scuffs from weekend runs, and there's a tiny coffee stain on the cuff I couldn't scrub out. Inside the left pocket I kept a small photo from a charity 5K, which makes it feel extra sentimental. It was a gift from my sister, and I’d really appreciate getting it back if someone happens to find it.
