Blue owl-tag keyring with house keys

I lost my keys yesterday around 3pm near the Susanville Library on Main Street. They're on a black metal keyring with a bright blue silicone tag shaped like an owl, plus a small silver carabiner clip. The set includes a house key with a tiny red enamel heart sticker and a Toyota fob that sticks a little when I press it. It matters to me because it unlocks my apartment and mailbox, and I'd really appreciate getting it back through the site if anyone finds it.
