Silver-tone bracelet with sea turtle charm

I found this silver-tone bracelet this afternoon around 2:30pm near the Crest Theatre on 2nd Street in downtown Stockton. It's about 7.5 inches long, with a small enamel sea turtle charm and a little heart bead, and the clasp is engraved with the initials KC. The bracelet has a few light scratches but otherwise looks solid and wearable. I know someone out there might be missing a meaningful piece—if this is yours, message me with the initials on the clasp and roughly where you last wore it; I’d really love to reunite you with it.
