I was walking around the Georgia Southern University campus this afternoon, around 4:30 p.m., when I spotted two dog collars resting on a bench by the Russell Union. One was a bright blue nylon collar, the other a sturdy red leather strap. There were no tags I could read, and no dog in sight. I checked the nearby bushes and the sidewalk, then decided to post here because it's a close-knit campus and someone might be missing their pet. It felt hopeful to imagine a quick reunion through this listing. I hope the owner sees this.
