Lost silver charm bracelet with snowflake and football charms near a coffee shop in downtown State College.

I lost my silver charm bracelet while walking around downtown State College last Saturday. It has special charms including a tiny snowflake and a football. I last remember having it when I stopped at a coffee shop. If anyone has found it, I would really appreciate its return. It holds sentimental value for me.
