I found a very friendly light brown tabby cat wandering around the parking lot near Penn State's main campus. The cat has a distinct pattern with some darker stripes and seems to be well-fed. It was following me and meowing quite a bit, so I believe it might be lost. If anyone recognizes this kitty, please reach out! I want to make sure it gets home safely.
