Emerald green velvet gown found near Fox Theatre

I found this emerald green velvet evening gown this afternoon around 2:15pm outside the Fox Theatre on Grand Boulevard in St. Louis. It's floor-length, size 6, with a sweetheart neckline and a subtle champagne lining. The dress has a delicate silver rhinestone clasp at the waist and a little makeup smudge on the inner lining, probably from a quick hug before the doors opened. The tag reads Adrianna Papell.
