I found a silver bracelet this afternoon around 2:15 pm, sitting on the sidewalk by the Pony Express Museum on Felix Street in St Joseph. It's a slim stainless steel bracelet, about 7 inches long, with a blue enamel heart charm and a tiny star charm near the clasp. The bracelet is in good condition with just a few light scratches from pavement. I’m posting here in case the owner is missing it after a museum visit or downtown stroll.
