Gold ring with blue sapphire, engraved A.R.

I lost my gold ring with a blue sapphire yesterday around 3pm near the Town Square fountain on Main Street in St George. It's a slender 14k gold band, about 1.8 mm wide, with a tiny bezel-set blue sapphire and a nick on the inside where a ring sizer left a mark. Inside the band is engraved 'A.R.' and I can spot a faint scuff on the outer edge from daily wear. This ring has serious sentimental value—it was a gift from my grandmother, and I really hope it turns up. If anyone found it, I'd be grateful to be reunited with it.
