Blue Ludwig snare drum with sticker, found in St George

I found a blue Ludwig snare drum this afternoon around 3:45 pm in the parking lot behind the St. George Public Library on Center Street, near Town Square. It's a 14x5.5 inch snare with a blue sparkle finish, chrome hardware, and there's a noticeable dent on the rim. There's a white star sticker on the shell with the words 'Band 3' written in marker, and a worn gig bag with a torn strap was lying next to it.
