While walking from the St. Cloud Public Library toward downtown around 6:25 PM on Thursday, I spotted a red folder tucked under a park bench near the Paramount Theatre in downtown St. Cloud. It contained travel visas, a passport-sized photo, and a travel itinerary with a name tag. I kept it safe and headed to the library desk, hoping the owner would find it through the posted notices. Losing something this important is nerve-wracking, especially with a trip looming. I hope the owner sees this and knows the papers are in good hands until they are reunited.
