Found a friendly green parakeet fluttering near an apartment in St Cloud.

I found a lovely green parakeet fluttering around outside my apartment while I was walking my dog this morning. It seemed friendly and didn't appear scared at all. I'm pretty sure it flew away from someone's home nearby, as it was chirping happily. If it's yours, please reach out!
