Found black leather travel wallet containing cards along the beach in St Augustine.

I found a black leather travel wallet while walking along the beach in St Augustine. It has a few cards inside, including a driver's license, and appears to belong to someone who travels frequently. I want to return it to its owner, as it looks pretty valuable and they might be looking for it.
