Silver flute with initials A.J.
I’m missing my silver Yamaha student flute. I last saw it yesterday around 3pm near the Springfield Central Library on Grand Street after practice. It’s in a black hard case with a red lining, and the case has a small tear at the zipper. The flute itself is bright silver with a tiny dent on the headjoint and an engraving 'A.J.' near the thumb key. This instrument has sentimental value—it was my grandmother’s, and I really need it back to keep playing. If anyone found it, reach out to me; I can meet you in the library parking lot or at the cafe next to the library to pick it up.
Lost Student ID near Old State Capitol, Springfield.
I lost my Student ID this morning while rushing to class. Around 11:15 a.m., after grabbing a quick coffee, I must have left it on the south steps of the Old State Capitol. Without it, I can't ride the bus or access the library, and I feel exposed and anxious about today’s classes. I'm hoping a kind passerby found it and turned it in to the university's lost-and-found before someone uses it for trouble. It’s more than just a card to me—it’s a key to my routine and safety, and I just want it back.
