Miscellaneous Bags: black tote found near Springfield Public Library

Found a black canvas tote this afternoon around 2:45pm in the parking lot behind the Springfield Public Library on Main Street. It's a medium-sized bag about 14 inches wide, with a bright red scarf tied to one handle and a worn zipper pull. Inside I found a spiral notebook from Central High with a unicorn doodle on the first page and a yellow Post-it with the name 'Sophie Patel' written in green marker.
