Found a bright green parakeet perched on a branch in Riverside Park, Spokane.

I found a bright green parakeet perched on a branch while walking my dog in Riverside Park, Spokane. It seems friendly and not scared of people. I’m not sure how long it has been there, but it looks healthy. If anyone is missing their feathered friend, please reach out!
