Description
I found a blue plush dragon toy this afternoon around 4:15pm in the Riverfront Park parking lot off Spokane Falls Boulevard, near the carousel. It's about 12 inches tall, soft fleece with an orange belly, white stitched teeth, and a tiny green satin ribbon around its neck. There’s a small snag on the left wing and a faint vanilla scent from lots of hugs.
