Seiko Prospex diver watch with blue bezel

I lost my Seiko Prospex diver watch yesterday around 3pm near Barter Theatre on Main Street in Abingdon, Southwest Virginia. It's a matte-black stainless steel case with a black dial, white lume indices, and a blue unidirectional bezel, mounted on a black rubber strap. There are a couple of distinguishing marks: a tiny scratch on the left lug and a small nick on the bezel near the 2 o'clock marker. It means a lot to me—my grandfather gave it to me before he passed away, and I really need it back. If you found it, please send me a message; I’d be forever grateful.
