Silver necklace with heart pendant found near Kalamazoo Market

I found a silver necklace with a small heart pendant this afternoon around 2:15pm, outside the Kalamazoo Farmers Market on Portage Street. The chain is about 18 inches, silver-tone, with a touch of tarnish but otherwise intact. The heart pendant has a tiny engraving on the back that reads 'J.S.' and there's a small blue enamel dot near the top edge.
