I lost my state ID card yesterday around 3pm near the Walmart on 10th Street in Garden City, Southwest KS. It's a blue-tinted DMV ID, with a small scratch on the back corner and a gold state seal in the top left. The card was inside a black leather cardholder with red stitching and a tiny coffee spill stain on the inside sleeve.
