Description
I realized at 8:40 p.m. Tuesday that my Avians were gone from the wooden aviary behind my house on Main Street in Garden City. The birds are small, bright green with cheerful chirps, and I kept them in a blue cage with yellow perches. I've retraced every mile of the block, calling their names and checking under porches, but I haven't seen them since. My heart sinks imagining them scared and hungry out there, and I’m aching to get them back home.
