I found a blue reflective dog harness this afternoon around 2:15pm in the parking lot behind the Walmart on 10th Street in Garden City, SW Kansas. It's a medium nylon harness with a neon orange reflective stripe and a small black paw-print tag clipped to the D-ring; there’s a bit of frayed stitching on the strap near the quick-release buckle. The inside tag reads 'CozyPaw' and there’s a faint white scratch on the plastic buckle. It seems to be for a medium-sized dog, maybe a shepherd mix. If anyone recognizes this, please text me here and I’m happy to hold onto it and help reunite it with its owner.
