Found medium-sized brown leather handbag with gold accents in the Food Lion parking lot in Southern WV.

I found a beautiful brown leather handbag abandoned in the parking lot of the Food Lion in Southern WV. It was just sitting there next to a shopping cart, and I couldn't believe someone would leave such a nice bag behind. It's medium-sized, with gold accents, and it looks like it might have contained some personal items. I briefly peeked inside but only saw a wallet and some makeup.
