They come in a white charging case, and the case has a tiny scratch on the lid and a red sticker with the initials 'PM' on the inside. The earbuds themselves are in-ear, black matte, with a small dent on the right earbud's outer shell. I last saw them on the sidewalk by the crosswalk near the library entrance. They have sentimental value—my sister gave them to me—and I really need them back.
