Blue-green budgie with orange cheeks, lost near Cape Girardeau

I lost my blue-green budgie yesterday around 3pm. It's a small parakeet, about 5 inches from beak to tail, with bright orange cheeks and a pale yellow chest; it also has a slim blue leg band with the number 246. I last saw him in the yard behind my apartment building near Main Street in Cape Girardeau, and he darted toward Capaha Park, then along the riverfront path by the Cape Girardeau Public Library. He’s super tame and loves to whistle when he hears a familiar tune, so I’m really worried—he’s a beloved family member and has sentimental value.
