Gray North Face parka with blue lining

I found a gray North Face parka this afternoon around 3:15 pm outside the Hy-Vee on Market Street in Ottumwa. It's a men's medium, weathered shell, a bright blue fleece lining, and a detachable faux-fur hood. The zipper pulls have a small panda charm and there's a reflective stripe along the left sleeve—easy to spot in low light. It was sitting by the bike racks near the entrance, so I picked it up and figured someone must be missing it.
