Found glucometer kit with blue case

Found a glucometer kit with a blue carrying case this morning around 10:15am in the parking lot behind the Hy-Vee on Jefferson Street in Burlington, Southeast Iowa. Inside is a OneTouch Verio glucometer, several test strips, and a spare lancing device; the case is a bit scuffed and has a small red heart sticker with the initials 'JL' on the front. The kit looks unused beyond the packaging, and it feels important because it’s a health item.
