Blue hardcover travel guide found near Falls Park, Sioux Falls

I found a blue hardcover travel guide this afternoon around 2:15pm in the parking lot behind Falls Park Visitor Center in downtown Sioux Falls. It's a Lonely Planet pocket edition, about 9 by 6 inches, with a glossy dust jacket and a blue cloth cover. The spine is slightly warped and the back has a small crease. Inside, there's a red ribbon bookmark and a tiny sticker featuring the outline of South Dakota on the inside cover. I know how easy it is to misplace something like this, and I really hope whoever owns it sees this and claims it; it has practical value and a bit of sentimental travel memory attached.
