Silver hoop earrings with seashell charm

I found a pair of earrings this afternoon around 3:15pm along the South Coast Boardwalk, right outside the Seaside Market on Oceanview Street. They’re small silver hoops—about 1.2 cm in diameter—with a tiny seashell charm dangling from one hoop. One hoop has a faint scratch and the other is a touch brighter, and there’s a 925 stamp on the back of the charm. They look well-made but a bit worn, like they’ve spent time in sand.
