Lost black waterproof jacket with a small tear on the right sleeve and initials 'T.J.' stitched inside the collar near the beach access point at South Coast.

I accidentally left my black waterproof jacket hanging on a fence at the beach access point near South Coast while I was trying to gather my things after a sudden rain. It has a small tear on the right sleeve and has my initials 'T.J.' stitched inside the collar. I really hope someone picks it up and returns it, as it’s my favorite jacket.
