Found black leather briefcase near the entrance of South Coast shopping plaza containing important documents.

I found a black leather briefcase lying by the entrance of the South Coast shopping plaza today. It was just sitting there and looks quite new. It has a few important-looking documents inside, but no visible name or contact information. I'm hoping to return it to its rightful owner as soon as possible!
