Found a bright red and yellow dog leash on South Coast beach in Massachusetts.

I found a bright red and yellow dog leash while walking along the South Coast beach this morning. It's in good condition and seems fairly new. I would love to return it to its owner, as I'm sure someone must be missing their furry friend. Please reach out if it's yours!
