I found a blue Giro road bike helmet with white padding this afternoon around 2:15pm behind the South Coast Market, near the bike racks by Harbor Street. It's a medium size, matte blue shell with a few dusty scuffs and a white interior lining that’s a bit sun-bleached. One distinguishing feature is a small, bright red thread tied to the chin strap and a tiny scratch across the left visor. It looks well-used but sturdy, and I figured someone must be missing it after a ride along the promenade.
