Blue duvet cover with cream piping

I found a blue queen-size duvet cover with cream piping this morning around 9:15am behind Oceanview Market on 5th Street in South Coast. It’s from Serene Sleep, with a tiny seahorse embroidery on the lower-right corner and a Serene Sleep tag near the zipper. The fabric looks soft and clean, just a light wrinkle from being folded in the breeze, no stains or pulls I can see. If it belongs to you, I’m happy to return it to its rightful owner.
