Black North Face parka with orange inner lining

I lost my black North Face parka yesterday around 3pm near the Starbucks on Michigan Street in South Bend. It’s a men's medium waterproof shell with an orange fleece-lined hood that’s easy to spot when the zipper is halfway up. There’s a small frayed cuff on the left sleeve from a bike rack and a tiny coffee stain on the inner pocket lining, plus a red name tag stitched inside that reads 'Priya' in neat handwriting. This coat was a gift from my grandmother and it really feels like part of me—I’ve got a lot riding on getting it back. If anyone found it, I would be so grateful to reclaim it.
