Navy blue tote bag with pink lining and dolphin charm

I lost my navy blue tote bag yesterday around 3:15pm near the Anacortes Ferry Terminal on 8th Street and R Avenue. It's a medium-sized bag, about 14 inches tall, with a worn brown leather handle and a pink satin lining I love. Inside there's a small dolphin charm on the zipper pull and a tiny dent in the bottom-right corner from a stumble last winter; you can also spot a frayed thumb loop I reinforced with gray yarn. The bag holds travel documents and a few photos of my late grandmother, plus a little USB drive with family videos; it's really sentimental to me, and I'd be incredibly grateful to get it back.
