Found black backpack with mesh water bottle holder and white speckles near Siskiyou County hiking trails.

Description

I found a black backpack near the Siskiyou County hiking trails yesterday. It has a mesh water bottle holder on the side and some white speckles on it that look like paint or chalk. It was left on a log around the area and seemed to have some valuables based on its weight.
