Teal ceramic vase with gold accents

I found this teal ceramic vase this afternoon around 2:15pm near the Falls Park entrance on S. Phillips Ave in Sioux Falls. It's about 10 inches tall with a rounded body and a slender neck, glossy glaze, and a delicate gold vine painted around the middle. There's a tiny nick on the rim and a faint maker's mark on the bottom that reads 'Lina H.' The color is vibrant, and the vase would look great on a shelf or as a centerpiece. It seems to have sentimental value to someone who might have lost it as a gift or keepsake.
