Lost something on public transport?

How to track down an item left on a bus, train, tram, or taxi by contacting the right transport operator.

Items left on buses, trains, trams, and taxis around Sierra Vista are usually handed in to the operator's lost property team — the trick is contacting the right one quickly.

  1. Identify the operator. Note the route, line, or company and the rough time. Each operator runs its own lost property process.
  2. Submit a lost property report. Use the operator's online form or phone line as soon as possible; recovered items are logged against your description.
  3. For taxis and rideshare, contact the driver or company directly through your booking or app receipt.
  4. Keep your reference. Save any report number so you can chase it up.
  5. Post a listing. Add a listing for Sierra Vista in case a fellow passenger picked it up.

Lost synthesizers near Fort Huachuca, Sierra Vista.

I lost my synthesizers yesterday at 7:15 p.m., after loading the last of my gear into the car outside the Fort Huachuca PX near the cinema in Sierra Vista. There are two units: a compact black synth with a bright blue LED panel, and a gray modular case with a few cables sticking out. I circled back to the area twice and spoke with a security guard, but by the time I returned they were gone from the sidewalk by the bike racks. They’re my only setup for a weekend show, so the loss hits hard and I’m hoping someone picked them up and kept them safe.

Lost gym clothes in Sierra Vista.

On Sunday around 7:15 a.m., I realized my gym clothes were missing from the locker at the Sierra Vista Community Center gym after a morning workout. It’s a blue T-shirt, black shorts, and a gray hoodie tucked into a mesh bag, all soaked with sweat and memories of today’s routine. I came here early to beat the heat and now I’m left scrambling, hoping someone found them and kept them safe. I’m not mad, just hopeful, because those clothes are my go-to set for the week.

Lost: Sports equipment bag near Fort Huachuca

I lost my Equipment for Various Sports bag around 6:15 PM today, after a pickup game at the Fort Huachuca Soccer Field near Veterans Memorial Park in Sierra Vista. The bag is navy blue with a white logo, and inside there is a basketball, a worn baseball glove, knee pads, and a green water bottle. I am frustrated because those items are well used and not easy to replace on short notice, especially after a long week of practices. If anyone found it or saw it left behind near the courts, please let me know through the site.

Lost: Wall Art near Sierra Vista Public Library

Hi, I'm Daniela Ruiz. I lost a framed wall art piece around 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, walking from the Sierra Vista Public Library toward Fort Huachuca, near the library's north entrance. It's a canvas print of a desert sunset in a slim gold frame, with a small dent in the corner. It was a gift from my grandmother, so it means a lot to me. If anyone spots it, I hope it’s found and patiently waiting here for its owner on this site.

Lost Pocket Watches near Fort Huachuca

I realized my pocket watches were missing after I locked up my bike near the Fort Huachuca Main Gate around 6:15 pm on Tuesday. The two brass-cased watches—one with a blue enamel face and a small crest—were gifts from my late grandfather, and they carried so many memories. I retraced my steps along the pedestrian path by the visitor center, asking a couple of security volunteers if they'd seen anything, but the night had swallowed my clues. I’m hoping someone found them and will see this post. If they ring true to what I described, I’d be deeply grateful to have them back in my hands.

LOST utensils near Fort Huachuca, 6:30 p.m.

LOST utensils while I was cleaning up after dinner at my apartment near Fort Huachuca yesterday around 6:30 p.m. I remember setting them on the kitchen counter and turning to grab a dish towel, and when I looked back they were gone. I retraced my steps through the living room, out onto my small patio near Veterans Memorial Park, and checked under the bench by the back gate, but nothing turned up. Those utensils are a basic, well-used set I rely on every day, and it feels weird not having them around. If anyone saw a set of everyday kitchen tools around that area at that time, please keep an eye out for this post.
